200gFondue Ihrer Wahl (hier halbe-halbe)

1dl Weisswein

1Kaffeelöffel grobkörniger HUGO-Senf

0.5Knoblauchzehen

Wie man Zubereitung

Schneiden Sie die Knoblauchzehe in zwei Hälften und reiben Sie das Caquelon damit ein. Sie können sie anschliessend in Scheiben schneiden, um sie zum Fondue hinzuzufügen, aber das ist optional.

Verdünnen Sie in einer Schüssel den Senf mit einem Löffel im Wein.

In den Käse und den Weisswein im Caquelon geben. Bei mittlerer bis niedriger Hitze erhitzen und mit einem Holzspatel umrühren, bis eine gleichmäßige, cremige Konsistenz erreicht ist.

Sofort servieren.
