1barquette crème à tartiner Hugo Reitzel

4boites de filets sardines à l’huile d’olive

2bocaux concombres slabs Hugo Reitzel

4tomates coupées en petits dés

Feuilles de cerfeuil

Comment préparer

Couper les pains en deux dans le sens de la longueur.

Les faire griller au four.

Déposer dessus des dés de tomate, légèrement écrasées.

Avec une poche à douille mettre un trait de crème à tartiner, déposer dessus un slabs de concombre et un filet de sardine, des feuilles de cerfeuil, un tour de moulin à poivre.
